Quarter Pricing:

Cattle weight at time of processing will vary, generally ranging from 1,100-1,300 lbs. Overall cost will depend on the weight of the calf used to fulfill your specific order. Typically, total cost per quarter beef will range from approximately $670 to $795. However, your total may be outside of this range depending on the weight of each specific calf. Our beef is currently priced at $4.07/lb on the rail.

A $100 deposit will be required at the time each order is placed. This deposit is non-refundable but will be applied toward the total cost of your beef order. Orders will be processed in the order that payments are received. The remaining balance will be due prior to order pick-up. You will receive a final invoice once the calf has been weighed at the processing facility. This does not include processing fees, which are determined by and payable to the butcher at the time of order pick-up. Please see our FAQ page for additional information.

Pricing is evaluated annually to ensure consistency with market trends.
