Ordering Process

Step 1: Place order

Place your order for your quarter(s) by visiting our Shop page titled "By the Quarter". A deposit of $100 per quarter is required prior to processing, which begins in the Spring each year. If you wish to pay via check and save on CC processing fee, simply select the "pay offline" option during checkout and mail your check to Committed to Beef, LLC, 1426 N 2250th Ave., Mendon, IL 62351. Checks can be made out to Committed to Beef, LLC.

We will take orders until all slots are filled, which will vary depending on the year.

 

When placing your order, you will be asked to provide your shipping information. However, the beef you order will NOT be shipped to you. We ask that you provide this information so that we can keep your contact information with your order information.

Step 2: Order Fulfillment

Orders will be processed in the order that prepayment is received. If you have a preference as to when your order is processed, please include this information in the "add a note" section when you place your order. We will make every effort to fulfill these requests, but this is not guaranteed. 1-2 weeks prior to your processing date, you will receive an email from us with details regarding next steps.

Step 3: Processing Customization

Approximately 10-14 days after the processing date, the butcher will contact you to gather your processing preferences and specifications. They will contact you by phone.

Step 4: Final Invoice

Given that each calf's weight will vary, each customer's bill will be slightly different. Once the weight of your specific calf has been determined, Committed to Beef will send you a final invoice. The deposit amount of $100 per quarter will be applied to the final invoice, along with any referral discounts, leaving the remaining total for your order.

Step 5: Order Pick Up

After your final invoice has been paid, you will be able to pick up your order from the processing facility. Processing fee is determined by and payable to the butcher at the time of pick up.

In the event that processing capacity limitations exist at Kabrick Beef, Inc., we will make every attempt to identify an alternate processor.

If you'd like to buy beef in smaller quantities, you can do that by visiting our Shop page titled "By the Cut" or "Bundles" to place your order. These orders are available year round and are subject to availability. 

​

Pricing for beef by the cut is based on the average weight for each specific cut. Once you place your order and make your payment online or by sending a check to Committed to Beef, LLC, we will contact you for pick up arrangements.
